How do I gain my self confidence?
I want to share with you guys how I get my self confidence. But first let me tell you what factors that might cause you to lose your confident.
These factors are:
1. Shyness
It's true that everybody can be shy. But if your shyness makes you feel uneasy everytime when you are meeting someone, it may be not good too. You are not able to express yourself which makes you feel not confident about you.
2. Anxiety
I have anxiety problem and now it's getting better. The key to this problem is get your confident back to you. Worrying to much makes you feel that everything is risky, everything is going to embarass you and everything you do is wrong. Because of this anxieties, people become scared to do everything. They even scared to be their ownself.
3. Insecurities
I want to say nobody's perfect. You are beautiful! Many people always notice the bad things about themselves. They like to compare those bad things to others. The more they compare, the more they feel bad about themselves. They became not appreciate with what they got and caused them to lose their self confidence.
So above factors are the factors that I feel. I don't really know about you guys but those were what I've felt before.
Now this is the way to get your confidence:
1. Have a strong will to change
2. Believe that you are awesome no matter what
3. Push away those thinking that makes you worry a lot
4. Whenever you feel insecure keep remembering that you are awesome
5. Maintain your relationship with other people or make new friends
6. Get your hands up and ask a question in class
7. Do something that you have never done before
8. Most important be yourself!
