First year update on University Life

Hi waddup guys... Seriously it has been a frickin looooooooooooooooooooooong time I haven't updated my blog! There are quite a lot of reasons why I couldn't keep up with the blog thing, but don't worry this will be the longest post that I posted (maybe).

I survive the first semester pretty well with the GPA 3.4/4. Although it is not good enough but I have done my best on the first semester. The hardest subject was basically drawing as my score is always sixty something or either seventy something. But other than that they are above eighty :) I join 2 club activities which is theater and religion club. They weren't really affected my academic progress so I could still manage my time well.

The next semester I was somehow not doing good. I suffer depression and some how my panic attack just kicks back right into my life again. The worst of the worst that I cried almost every night throughout the second semester. The most memorable drama that happening in my theatre club add more thoughts in my life. I didn't manage my time well, my mid exam kinda plummeted from the first semester and it really makes me down that I got suicidal thoughts because my panic attack just kick in the worst time. Plus the events from both clubs that I join just in very near time range that I'm so drained. Oh mamamia! But after that annual big event of my theatre club, i'm so relief because my panic attack gets better by that time. I successfully bring back the positivity in my life and try to keep up my homework and of course the grades of my final exam. I have to admit that after receiving some of the result, I actually got better this time. My score in Typography wasn't really good as well as the computer graphic and drawing. But at least I still pass the subjects (Thanks God for being there for me and support me through those gloomy day). I think my GPA went down to 2.9/4 or 3/4. Though I survived man can't wait for the next creepy semester!

My advice for you guys that maybe want to be active in the university life after being a potato for all your high school life. You may do it but don't overdo them. Like I said before, I join 2 clubs and I already felt exhausted plus sometimes they just miraculously happened to have a few days apart event that you never know. Plus just choose the club that already had the exact practice time unless you have so much free time because you may be in bed around 1 or 2 a.m. for some nights. I have known some people taking like 4 or 5 clubs but believe me in the end they will end up not joining any so just don't join the club because of your friends because you might end up being alone in the future. Just find the one that you passionate of. For the social thing, believe me you'll just happen to meet those people by fate like I did :) And for the academic, just do your best and DON'T EVER PROCRASTINATE!

Since I was in animation major you may ask me anything around it and I will try my best to provide you the best answer I could. Also check out my new insta acc where I post some art progress which is under the username @verginiart .
