What might affect your skin?

Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog. This time I want to share with you how to maintain clear skin. I myself is not a beauty expert and everything I wrote in this blog is purely what I have been going through few months ago that leads me to own a clear skin. Well it doesn't mean that I never experience breakouts anymore, I still do due to hormonal issue although it wasn't really that bad. I guess the target of this blog is for the one who have skin problems that is not caused by hormonal imbalance.

These are a few things that I found very effective to clear your skin:

1. Wash your face often and throroughly

You need to wash your face in the morning after you wake up and at night just right before you sleep. It will also be great if you wash it during the day too. Since you are doing activities all day long, your face might be dirty and oily due to pollution or stress. I recommend you to bring your cleanser with you everywhere because it doesn't only clean your face but also could make you feel fresher. And after all your activity has come to an end don't forget to remove your make up and wash your face just before you sleep as your skin will breathe and repair your skin better.

Some people doesn't even wash their face right. Sometimes, they just wash it very quickly that it just seems that they only rinse their face. If you wash your face less than three minutes, you had better change your method of cleansing your face. All you have to do is slowly massage your face with your cleanser or your facial wash. You can search how to massage your face while cleansing it on the internet and implement them. That at least take you five minutes to cleanse your face. Trust me, you can feel that you cleanse your face much clearer than before.

2. Fix your sleep hour

This is a must if you want to maintain healthy skin, you better change your habit of staying up late. The latest you might wanna be up is 10 p.m. I have heard this somewhere to have your beauty sleep you must not past 10 p.m. That means you will likely to have problems with your skin if you stay up so late. The more you stay up, your face will produce more sebum and you might have breakouts the next day if you don't wash your face before you went to bed. I found out that when you are working on things late at night that stress you out, your face will likely produce more oil so make sure you sleep with clean face.

3. Use mosturizer

I found out that for oily skin, gel mosturizer is the best mosturizer for you. It does not get too sticky and it feel so good. Currently I am using Aloe Vera Soothing Gel as my mosturizer, I apply it every morning after I shower and every night before I went to bed. I found out that my skin texture and qualities improved. Using hevy make up might provokes breakouts, so a little mosturizer might help you to booze up your confident. (Well maybe you may use a little make up for your day. But as for me, I like it simple where I just use mosturizer. And I am not a big fan of heavy make up :) )

4. Eat healthy

What I mean by eating healthy here is not become vegan or having extreme diet. Just eat less greasy food particularly junk food. You will find the difference once you stay away from them. If you are craving for snacks, just go for fruits or yoghurt. (My go to snacks is probably apple or strawberry smoothies.) If you are a big fan of spicy things, don't over eat something spicy a lot as for some people, spicy foods also could cause breakout.

5. Drink more water

Your body needs water for cleansing. These days so many detox drinks online that you could try but as for me I just love water, plain but effective. It will cleanse away the toxin from your body including the one that could provoke break outs. REMEMBER 8 GLASS of WATER EACH DAY!

6. Do not get stressed out

It is very important that you are not stressed out. When you are stress, your brain somehow control the oil glands to produce more oil and you get breakouts. Therefore, you have to do something that will help you relieve your stress. Mine was watching You Tube videos, writing blogs, or drawing something that I want. As long as your problem is out of your mind, I guarantee you will have that amazing skin that you have longed for. (These doesn't means that you don't face your problem. If you have problems try to tell it to somebody you trust. They might give you useful pieces of advice that you probably need to solve the problem quickly.)

Here are some of my experience in fighting the evil breakout. If you have anything that you might wanna ask or share with me how you could maintain your clear skin, feel free to comment down below ;)
